SUMMER PROGRAMS
S.W.E.A.T 8-week summer bootcamp! Our SWEAT program combines Strength, Wellness, Endurance, and Agility Training to give you a comprehensive fitness experience like no other.
You’ll be guided through a different styles of exercises and techniques, utilizing a range of equipment including dumbbells, smith machines, med balls, and agility methods using the indoors and outdoor area.
Every session is designed to challenge and inspire you. The trainer will motivate you to push past your limits and achieve your fitness goals. A Christ-Centered Fitness Program for Young Ladies, Ages 13–18.
LIFT is designed to help teen girls grow in both physical strength and spiritual confidence. Through guided strength training and Bible-based devotionals, young ladies will learn how to honor and care for their bodies as God’s temple — shifting the focus from appearance to purpose.
Each session will have a designated topic where we dive into specific Bible verses, take notes, and reflect on how God calls us to love and care for our bodies. Be sure to bring your Bible!
